- Your card will be authorised for the full value of the order, but not charged.
- Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
- In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
- Your card will be charged following dispatch of your order.
Please note that Runaway Design Collective reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. Runaway Design Collective will notify you by email immediately of any such cancellation and also issue a full refund of the related payment. Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Runaway Design Collective will endeavour to ensure that our website does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
