Shipping information

We know just how exciting it is to get parcels so we aim to send out your Runaway goodies as soon as possible. We ship our products via Royal Mail or by the most cost efficient courier available. 

We'll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched (usually 1-2 working days), including the parcel tracking number, where applicable, so you can know when to expect to get really excited!! 

All items are shipped using a standard, untracked Royal Mail service. For all UK and International deliveries, if you wish for your purchase to be sent via a tracked service, please add the "Tracking delivery option" (found on the product pages) to your order. We will then send you a tracking reference once your items have been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly from country to country. For updates please email: [email protected]

Sizing

We are currently using a mixture of American Apparel t-shirts and baby gowns and Mantis World t-shirts. Please refer to the size measurements below and our product listings to ensure your little Runaway gets the best fit possible.

AMERICAN APPAREL

MANTIS WORLD

All Mantis World measurements are in 'cm' unless otherwise indicated. The 1/2 chest is measured 2.5cm below the arm hole and straight across.

Length is measured from the top of the shoulder seam adjacent to neck, to the bottom of the hem.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging. 

We offer a refund or exchange service, however we do not refund your original return postage costs if you have simply changed your mind. 

We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make up your mind to prevent any accidental damage. 

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

How to return or exchange products:

State your name, email address, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or exchange. We will email you back with a returns code. 

Please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and returns code within the parcel.

The items must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging. 

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

REFUNDS

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. 

SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you require a different size of clothing. We will advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund. 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap by emailing us at: [email protected]

If the order is cancelled before it ships then we will not usually have charged your card. If it has been charged then we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut-off time for shipping is 2pm (UK time). We do not ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays. 

If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery.

In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back to us and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied on your original order.

Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to clear.
